- Is not USB powered, must be plugged into electrical outlet (adapter included)
The Iomega Zip 100 USB (1.1) will not recognize a drive letter when installed. Tried to re-install unit numorous times to no avail. I have verified that all the USB drivers are up to date and have been unsuccessful in getting help via tech support at Iomega.com. When this unit was new and working it was great and I have enjoyed other Iomega products, but the Zip 100 has made me re-think using Iomega products in the future. |
