Sony Vaio Type L

Sony Vaio Type L

The new Vaio L desktop machines are all-in-one models in which the computer circuitry is built behind the monitor so the whole thing looks similar to a flat-panel television.

There are two models, one with a 19-inch 1680x1050 LCD and another with a smaller 15.4-inch 1200x800 LCD. Either gives you a choice of the 1.66GHz Intel Core Duo T2300 or a 1.6GHz Celeron M420 processor.

The fold-up design covers up the bottom two thirds of the screen but still leaves the top of the screen visible for playlist information. Then you can control your music with the included remote.

The Type L series will feature a transparent chasis. The models will include 15.4 inch/19 inch display, Core Duo T2300 (1.66GHz)/Celeron M 420 (1.60 GHZ) processor, 512MB of Ram, 80/200 GB harddrive, DVD Super Multi drive, and an analog TV tuner. Some of the other features are its 3.1 megapixel webcam, analog TV tuner. Other perks include a 3.1-megapixel webcam, multi-format memory card reader, and four USB 2.0 ports.
