|  The Kia Cee'd is a small family car to be released in the European market by thje Korean automaker Kia Motors. It will be available from launch as a five-door hatchback, with five engines (three petrol and two diesel), four trim levels (LX, EX and TX) and either manual or automatic transmissions — and will be sold with the option of over 20 variants in some markets.
Also Kia Cee'd engine's set is definately “European”. Together with three 2.0, 1.6, and 1.4 litres units of 140, 122 and 109 hp, a further 4 cylinders 1.6 litres turbodiesel unit is offered, with two different power level.
This is definately quite a modern engine, with direct common rail injection and variable geometry turbocharger, capable of offering an output of 90 or 115 hp. Also a 2 litres diesel unit is going to be soon introduced, with a peak torque of 140 hp, to satisfy every dealers' demand.
Furthermore, all fuel engines feature double camshaft and 16 valves.
The Kia cee'd concept features the core design elements of two earlier Kia cars -- the Sorento SUV and A-segment Picanto. With the cee'd concept car Kia is making these design elements even more understandable to the public. With a bunch of trapezoidal shapes in its design, it has a full-length sunroof that tapers from front to rear, a "floating" overhead console with four spotlights, and "floating theme" center console, instrument panel and air vents. The extended, flared wheel arches envelop bespoke 19-inch diameter polished aluminum wheels sporting 265/30 R19 low-profile tires.
The pro_cee’d has kept the family resemblance to cee’d with its dynamic and muscular appearance. Key attributes which the pro_cee’d and cee’d models will have in common include the lowered roof line and shallower side windows edged with chrome trim that creates a robust and sporty window graphic.
