Gameboy wireless adapter review

June 09, 2004 - In September, Nintendo of America will unleash the Wireless Adapter, a tiny peripheral that snaps onto the back of a Game Boy Advance or Game Boy Advance SP system and enables players to link up without the use of cables in specifically supported games games. The Wireless Adapter will be included with every copy of Pokemon Fire Red/Leaf Green when it ships in September, and according to retail lists, Nintendo will also sell the device separately for approximately 20 dollars.

The Wireless Adapter actually debuted in Japan back in February with the release of Fire Red and Leaf Green, and the device will be universally compatible in any territory. This means if you happen to have snagged a couple of Japanese Wireless Adapters, they'll work with US games that support the device.
