|  The Aspire X-Alien Case shows a similarity to an alien with the silver case and the black eyes on the door of the case. The case comes with two fan grills already attached to the the case one on top and one on the side of the case on the window. The grills design is a abstract version of a skull and cross bones. On the front of the case where the 5.25 and 3.5 drives comes with face plates to fill any unoccuppied space not being used which is then covered by the door that has a key lock to not allow any unwanted visitors wanting to use your computer. Also on the front are two USB ports, one firewire prot, and two audio connectors. On the side of the case there is a nice big window that allows you to see the internal compents of the computer. That window with the side panel has a very welldesigned handle to allow the case to open and close easily which can also be locked by a key.
First we begin with the external 5.25 and 3.5 drive bays. Each faceplate comes with neon green rails than can be attached to the CD Rom drive for example and can be removed easily by sliding out the drive. The internal 3.5 drive bays for hard drive storage are easily accessible and are facing toward the window which allows for easy swapping of a drive. Also the drive rails are metalic and is one piece that would be attached to the hard drive. The X-Alien case comes with a motherboard tray that makes installing a motherboard much easier especially for newbies that can be pulled out of the case and be reattached when needed. The power supplies occupies its own space above the motherboard and the main power cords are grouped together to add a nice clean look in the case. |
