What was already perfect now becomes even better! Be prepare for the all new 2005 BMW 3 series. The luxury car that will make you forget about your English teacher!

At the entry level for BMW performance vehicles, the 3-Series has by necessity, got a different model for every taste and power requirement. The most accessible versions are equipped with 2.5-liter engines and this engine level has sedan, coupe, convertible and wagon editions. For the most part, despite very different uses and orientations from family security to classic performance and touring style, the 2005 BMW 325 models have a similar trim level and buyers can expect a high level of interior amenity and elegant BMW styling.

Interior Features: Extensive standard fittings as well as useful optional extras. Standards include 8-way adjustable front seats with leatherette upholstery, a 4-spoke leather-wrapped multi-function steering wheel, a front seat center armrest with a storage compartment and split-fold rear bench seating. Automatic climate control and one-touch power windows add more value.

More features can be added as options. The availability of a premium audio system rain-sensing wipers and an automatic dimming rear view mirror mean that people can add significant luxury amenity to this essentially near-luxury BMW entry.

Exterior Features: The standard exterior features on the 2005 325 BMW models include standard free-form halogen headlights, heated power mirrors and heated windshield washer jets to make for good visibility in all weather conditions. Styling echoes BMW's distinctive classic image making this a prestige vehicle line up that will look good in any driveway.

Performance: The basic 2003 BMW 325 engine choice is a 2.5-liter overhead cam L6. This can be fitted with a 5-speed manual transmission or a 5-speed steptronic automatic with Adaptive Transmission Control. The 325 gets about 184 hp at 6000 rpm and 175 lb-ft of torque at 3500. It can do a 7.1 second 0-60mph time trial.

These models are rear-wheel drive cars but the Xi models, a wagon and a sedan are available, have permanent all-wheel drive that adds versatility and adverse condition control.

Safety and Security: The safety portfolio is very impressive. All models have antilock brakes and an assortment of airbags including dual front-impact airbag Supplementary Restraint System (SRS) with dual-threshold and dual-stage deployment and front-door-mounted side impact airbags.
